ISOL CITREM L is an ester derived from esterification of Citric acid with monoglycerides.

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Product to be stored on pallets away from walls in clean, cool and dry conditions and shall not be subjected to direct sunlight and foreign odours. Storage temperature - 20 ÌŠC. No guarantee for open packages.

CITREM is a citric acid ester of mono- and diglycerides, made from fully hardened palm oil. It appears as a white to off white solid with a melting point between 60 and 65 degrees Celsius.

CITREM is used in leberwurst and other emulsified meat products, as well as in vegetable oil and margarine formulations.

CITREM should be stored at a cool temperature below 25 degrees Celsius and carries a best-before period of two years from the date of manufacturing.
