DESCRIPTION
SOL DATEM 400L is an ester derived from esterification of diacetyl tartaric acid with monoglycerides.

Product to be stored on pallets away from walls in clean, cool and dry conditions and shall not be subjected to direct sunlight and foreign odours. Storage temperature - 20 ÌŠC. No guarantee for open packages.

SOL DATEM 400 is diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides made from fully hardened palm oil, specially designed for the biscuit and bread industry. It appears as a white to off white powder.
DATEM 400 Powder is made from fully hardened palm oil and contains 80 percent DATEM with 20 percent anti-caking agent, while DATEM Liquid is made from vegetable oils in liquid form without an anti-caking component. The powder form also carries a shorter shelf life of one year compared to two years for the liquid grade.
DATEM Powder is supplied in 15 kg or 20 kg corrugated boxes and carries a best-before period of one year from the date of manufacturing, when stored at a cool temperature below 20 degrees Celsius.
